What a general assistant does well
- Explains a concept in as many different ways as you need until it lands
- Handles any subject, any format, with no setup
- Good at summarizing, rewording and tutoring conversationally
- Will happily write a handful of questions from text you paste in
Where it stops being enough for exam practice
- Nothing checks the answer key. A confident wrong key is indistinguishable from a right one until it costs you points.
- Citations to a page number are generated text, not a lookup. There is no verification step that the line is on that page.
- Context limits make a 900 page book impractical to paste, and chunking it by hand is the work you were trying to avoid.
- There is no score, no chapter mastery, no review queue and no record of which questions you have already seen.
- Deduplication is manual, so long runs repeat the same idea in different words.
What this service adds on top of the same models
