No images in the paper, so nothing is lost in the translation
MRCP(UK) Part 1 is two three hour papers of 100 best of five questions each, no penalty for wrong answers, and the Federation states there are no images. Every other exam on this site loses something when a picture cannot be read. Part 1 does not: a best of five item generated from text is the same object as a best of five item in the paper.
What it does lose is the blueprint. Twenty five of the 200 items are clinical sciences, split across statistics and evidence based medicine, biochemistry, physiology, immunology, anatomy, genetics and cell biology. Clinical notes written on the ward contain almost none of that, and a generator cannot invent it. If you want those 25 items practiced, upload the clinical sciences material as its own document.

Why is Part 1 a better fit than Step 1?
Because the paper has no images. Step 1 items often turn on a specimen or a graph, and only text is read here.
