Exam Pass (90 days)
One payment, 90 days on the priority models, same fair use as Pro. Nothing renews.
Full exams from the exam generator included: 3, of any exam, each written for you when you press Generate; a longer exam uses more of them. One full exam on its own costs £17.99.
One payment of £39.99. From month two on, the pass costs less than Pro monthly, which is £43.98 for two months. A second pass adds 90 days to the end of the one you hold.

Full exams from the exam generator included: 1 a month on the monthly plan, of up to 225 questions, and 6 a year on the annual plan. A longer exam on the monthly plan is bought on its own.
Yearly: £109.99, which is £9.17 a month against £21.99 billed monthly. Pay monthly for a short stretch; for an exam block the pass above costs less.

No card and no account are needed to start on the free plan. Every payment goes through Stripe and we never see your card number. A subscription cancels from your account page and keeps working to the end of the period you paid for; the Exam Pass does not renew at all. There is a 14 day refund window, set out on the refund policy page.

You have a fixed number of evenings left and one reading list, and the plans differ in how much of your own material you can turn into questions before the date. Paying changes the models, not the checking.
Every question carries the quote from your own page that it was written from, and a second model answers questions with options blind, without the key. The answer to what verified means, further down, says what that second check does not cover.
Nothing here changes the checks: one of the 14 sample questions asks "Which two variables are the primary determinants of cardiac output?", keys it to "Heart rate and stroke volume", and prints "Cardiac output is the product of heart rate and stroke volume." from page 1 under it, on the free plan and on every paid one.
The free plan does not use the priority models, and it runs the same two checks on 500 questions a month with a confirmed account and 200 as a guest. Two ways onto the priority models, the £39.99 Exam Pass and Pro at £21.99 a month, are below, next to what each one buys.

Where your text goes
Passages of your document are sent to AI providers to write and check your questions. The free lane runs on a pool of open-weight models whose free tiers may use what is sent to them to improve their own models. The paid lanes run on providers that state they do not train on your text, but a paid call they cannot take, because a site-wide daily limit is spent, a provider refuses it or it times out, goes to the free pool instead of failing. If that difference matters for the material you are studying, it is a reason to pay rather than a footnote. The privacy policy names every provider on both lanes.

Questions about billing
Is there a free plan?
Yes. An account with a confirmed email address gets 500 verified questions a month at no cost, generated on a pool of open-weight models. A guest workspace, which needs no account, gets 200 a month, and so does an account until its address is confirmed. Uploads, grading, spaced review, exams and the tutor are included on the free plan.
What does verified mean?
A question is only kept if it cites verbatim quotes that the server finds on the page it names or a page beside it, and, if it has options, a second model has to answer it correctly from those quotes alone; a question that fails either check is thrown away. A short answer has no options, so only the quote check applies to it. A question the second model has not answered in time is kept on the quote check alone, marked that way, and checked again later, and it is taken out of your exam if that check fails.
What can I upload?
PDF, Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx) and plain text (.txt and .md) files, lecture caption files (.vtt and .srt), text you paste into the box, and a public web page by its address. A PowerPoint file is read one slide per slide and its questions cite slide numbers. Word files, text files, caption files, pasted text and web pages have no pages of their own, so they are cut into numbered sections and questions cite those. Scanned PDF pages go through optical character recognition first.
What is the difference between free and Pro?
The work is the same and the verification is the same. Pro and the Exam Pass include the downloads (an Anki deck, a spreadsheet or a printable page) and an unlimited tutor, where the free plan answers 10 tutor questions a day. Pro runs your jobs on the priority models. They run on providers that state they do not train on your text, and they do not count against the free lane's daily budget. A call those providers cannot take, because a site-wide daily limit is spent, a provider refuses it or it times out, goes to the free pool instead of failing.
Can I get my questions out of the site?
On Pro or the Exam Pass, yes. Any exam or any whole document downloads as a tab separated Anki file with the fields Front, Back, Quote, Page and Tags, as a CSV for a spreadsheet, or as a printable page. Each question takes its answer, its source quote and its page number with it.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel in Account at any time. Your subscription keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. Nothing renews after that.
Is tax included?
Yes. Prices are in British pounds, or in your own currency where this page shows one, and no tax is added at checkout, so the price shown is the price charged. Where the page shows pounds, Stripe may show the amount in your own currency before you pay.
How do refunds work?
Within 14 days you get a full refund if you have not used your purchase yet, one refund per person. The refund policy page explains what counts as use and your legal right to cancel.
How do I reach a human?
Use the form on the contact page, or email the support address printed there. The same person who runs the service answers it, usually within two business days.
