# See the questions and the line each one quotes

> Three cardiology questions from the sample bank, each printed with the verbatim quote and the page it cites, and a ten question exam that needs no upload.

Markdown copy of https://meduniexam.com/sample (the HTML page), published by MedUni Exam. Published September 12, 2026, updated September 23, 2026. Site guide for agents: https://meduniexam.com/llms.txt.

Read these before you spend an evening uploading anything, because the sample exam is drawn from them and you can check each one against the page it names. The first of the three printed below asks which term describes an end-diastolic volume of 120 mL, marks Preload as the correct answer, and carries the sentence it was written from, "Preload is the end-diastolic volume that stretches the ventricular myocardium before contraction.", page 1.

A sample page that shows a screenshot of a product is not a sample, because nothing on it can be checked. The bank holds 19 cardiology questions, the sample exam is a random ten of them, so a second run is a different paper, and the exam needs no upload and no account.

**54 percent of the questions drafted since counting began on September 14, 2026 failed a check and never reached a student.** Counted from this site's own database, as of September 24, 2026, refreshed twice an hour. A question fails when its quote is not on the page it cites, when a second model picks a different answer, when it breaks a writing rule or when it repeats one already written. [Each check, with its own rate](https://meduniexam.com/stats/rejections.md).

## Three of the 19

1\. A patient has an end-diastolic volume of 120 mL. Which term best describes this volume in the context of the Frank-Starling mechanism?

1. **A.** Contractility
2. **B.** Afterload
3. **C.** Preload correct answer
4. **D.** Stroke volume
5. **E.** Cardiac output

PAGE 1"Preload is the end-diastolic volume that stretches the ventricular myocardium before contraction."

double-checked

2\. According to the Frank-Starling mechanism, what is the physiological consequence of an increase in preload?

1. **A.** Decrease in contractility
2. **B.** Decrease in stroke volume
3. **C.** Decrease in afterload
4. **D.** Increase in heart rate
5. **E.** Increase in stroke volume correct answer

PAGE 1"According to the Frank-Starling mechanism, an increase in preload leads to an increase in stroke volume, because greater myocardial fiber stretch produces a more forceful contraction."

double-checked

3\. Which two variables are the primary determinants of cardiac output?

1. **A.** Contractility and preload
2. **B.** Heart rate and afterload
3. **C.** Preload and afterload
4. **D.** Stroke volume and afterload
5. **E.** Heart rate and stroke volume correct answer

PAGE 1"Cardiac output is the product of heart rate and stroke volume."

double-checked

The quote under each question was found in the stored text of the page it names, and a second model from a different family picked the same option from that quote alone, without seeing the key. That is what the double-checked mark means.

## What is not here

Rejected questions are not shown here, because a rejected item is deleted the moment it fails. The site keeps the count of rejections, which the running totals and the rejection rates page print, but not the items themselves. The source handout is not published either, so this page does not ask you to take its word for where the 19 questions came from. What you can check is the opposite side: every question above cites a page, pages 1, 2, 5, 6 are the only ones these questions draw on, and the sample exam draws its ten from these same questions with the same quotes.

## What happens on your own file

The same checks run: the quote has to exist on the page it cites, a second model from a different family has to reach the same answer without the key, and a near duplicate of a question already accepted is dropped. See [how it works](https://meduniexam.com/how-it-works.md) for the full pipeline, or put a chapter in and watch it.

## Measured on real files

| Lane | File | Work | Wall clock |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Free pool | An OpenStax anatomy chapter of 44 to 60 pages, text PDF | 20 questions generated and checked | about 15 to 18 seconds |
| Reading only | A 900 page textbook, text PDF | every page read and stored | under 40 seconds |

Measured on the live site, the chapters on September 23, 2026 and the textbook on September 12, 2026, from the moment the job started to the moment the last question was accepted. Your own times move with the length of the job and how busy the free lane is that hour.

## Read the questions first, then decide about the pass

- Free: take the sample exam with no upload and no account, then run your own chapter on 300 verified questions a month with an account, or 60 a month as a guest.
- Exam Pass, $19.99 once: the priority models for the 90 days of the pass, plus downloads and an unlimited tutor. The questions on this page cost nothing to read, and the pass behind them does not renew.
- A question pack of 500 questions, $5.99 once: priority models and downloads without a subscription, and the questions keep for a year.
