This policy sits alongside the [terms](https://meduniexam.com/terms.md) and explains how refunds work for the Pro subscription, the 90 day Exam Pass and question packs.

## Your 14 day right to cancel

Every buyer, wherever they are, has 14 days from purchase to cancel a digital purchase and get their money back. For a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area that is the right the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give; for everyone else it is the same promise, made by this policy.

## The one exception, and how it is handled

That right ends for digital content once delivery has started with your express request and your acknowledgment that you lose the right to cancel. In practice we treat the right as intact until you actually start using what you bought, which means:

- **Question packs.** A pack is refunded in full within 14 days if no question from it has been spent. If some have been spent, we refund the unused questions at the price you paid per question.
- **Exam Pass.** Refunded in full within 14 days if you have not run a generation job on the pass. After that we refund the unused days pro rata within the first 14 days.
- **Pro subscription.** Refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment if you have not run a generation job on the priority models. Otherwise we refund the unused part of the current period pro rata.

## Renewals

A renewal is a new payment. If a renewal takes you by surprise, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will cancel the subscription and refund it in full, provided you have not generated on the priority models during that period. Cancel in Account at any time to stop the next renewal.

## When something goes wrong on our side

If the service was unavailable, a job failed and left you without the questions you paid for, or a payment was taken twice, we refund it. Questions reserved by a job that produced fewer accepted questions are returned to your pack automatically, so you are not charged for questions the verifier rejected.

## What is not refunded

- Questions from a pack that were already generated and verified. That the topic turned out not to be examined is not a ground for refunding them
- A subscription period that has already ended
- Questions in a pack that expired after 12 months
- Purchases on an account closed for breaking the acceptable use rules

## How to ask

Email [support@meduniexam.com](mailto:support@meduniexam.com) from the address on the account with the date of the payment and what you would like. No form, no reason required within the 14 days. We reply within two business days and approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

## Chargebacks

Please write to us before raising a dispute with your bank. A chargeback freezes the account while the case runs, which helps nobody, and almost every case we have seen is settled faster by email.
