Every other exam on this site loses something when a picture cannot be read. Part 1 does not: a best of five item generated from text is the same object as a best of five item in the paper. What it does lose is the blueprint. Twenty five of the 200 items are clinical sciences, split across statistics and evidence based medicine, biochemistry, physiology, immunology, anatomy, genetics and cell biology. Clinical notes written on the ward contain almost none of that, and a generator cannot invent it.
