## Tell us what went wrong or what you want

We read every message. Bugs and billing questions get a reply within two business days.

## What to include

- **A problem with generation:** the document name, roughly when you started the job and what you expected. Do not attach the PDF; we can find the job from your account.
- **A wrong question:** the question text and the page it cites. Questions carry their source quote, so a bad one is usually traceable in minutes.
- **Billing:** the email on the account and the date of the payment. See the [refund policy](https://meduniexam.com/refund-policy.md) first; most answers are there.
- **Privacy request:** write from the address on the account and say what you want: a copy, a correction or deletion. See the [privacy policy](https://meduniexam.com/privacy.md).
- **Security:** send the details and give us a reasonable time to fix it before publishing.

## Account and password

You do not need us to reset a password. Use the forgot password link on the sign-in screen and a reset link is emailed to you. To close your account and everything in it, use [delete account](https://meduniexam.com/delete-account.md); it takes effect at once and needs no email.

## Who runs this

MedUni Exam is built and supported by one person. Every message is read by that person, which is why a reply takes up to two business days rather than minutes.
